2nd edition. Vol. I (all published). George Albert Boulenger (1858-1937), Belgian-British zoologist, Curator of Reptiles at the British Museum (Natural History). He commenced a revision of the Museum catalogues, publishing works that formed a major contribution to the classification of fishes, amphibians and reptiles.

8vo, original cloth, some wear to extremities, front joint partly split. BM (NH) book-plate to pastedown, owner's name and small stamp to endpaper.
