Complete in 6 parts. With growing realisation of the impact of human activities on the ecologies of the world and the emergence of conservation schemes in the 1960’s this bibliography attempted to compile references to the global literature ‘of these complex subjects’. The bibliography was conceived by Henry Field at the Peabody Museum, with many of the entries were supplied by Bernard J. Clifton, a librarian at the Natural History Museum, London.

7 parts (bound in 2), 8vo. Parts I-V(1+2) well bound in two volumes, buckram (wrapprs retained); part VI unbound in original wrappers. Typed letter enclosed from Henry Field to Clifton, dated 1974.
