Orig. cloth. Vg in slightly worn d/w. From the library of Prof. A.J.E. Cave with his signature to endpaper. Cave contributed a report to this book on two human crania from Chedworth Barrow, and is mentioned on the title page. Enclosed is a letter from the author to Cave expressing thanks for his contribution, and a copy of a reply from Cave complimenting Grimes on the quality of the figures of the crania
