Scarce. Barbara Alex Toy (1908-2001) was an Australian-British travel writer, playwright, and screenplay writer. She is best known for a famous series of books about her pioneering and solitary travels by Land Rover, undertaken during the 1950s and 1960s. This work is an account of her fifth expedition, tracing the history of the Queen of Sheba, travelling to Ethiopia where she claimed to have been the first Westerner to climb Mount Wahni.
