2nd edition. This copy has two folded sections from OS maps (one linen-backed, one paper) of the Sussex area, South Downs and Sussex coast, in a pocket pasted to rear endpaper. Some of the sites mentioned in the book are included on these maps, e.g. Cissbury and Chanctonbury Ring, The Devil's Dyke, near Brighton, and Firle.

Condition

Roy. 8vo, orig. green cloth, gt, rubbed, minor wear, corner lightly bumped. Some foxing to endpapers. Vg. Owners' names to endpaper.
