Description:
A review of the 583 species of Noctuidae, that are known from the Russian part of the Altai Mountain Country. Four species and one subspecies are described as new. Two new synonyms and two new combinations are established; three taxa, previously regarded as junior synonyms are restored to specific status, and the subspecies rank of one taxon is designated. The species rank of one taxon is confirmed. Twenty-two species are newly recorded for the Russian Altai, nine of which are new for the Russian fauna.
