Contents of Vol. II lists 30 col plates + 6 bis plates (15, 18, 21, 21, 22, 23), however the plates in this volume are numbered 1-31 + 5 bis plates (18, 18, 21, 22, 23); also present, an unnumbered b/w plate at rear, states Vol. 2, page 125.
