The brothers Richard (1862-1928) and Cherry Kearton (1871-1940) were some of the world's earliest wildlife photographers, they innovated methods to photograph animals in the wild, and produced some of the first wildlife photography books and films.

8vo (238x163mm), orig. cloth, rubbed, minor wear to extemities, gilt-stamped dec. to front board and spine, top edge gilt. Slightly shaken, cracked between gatherings in several places, but still firm; endpapers browned; some spotting to page edges. Good.
