It includes a total of 1,130 species, of which 127 are described in the original. Almost all of the 95 new species are illustrated in the 12 stunning plates that close the volume. This is one of the fundamental works in the history of mycology, of great systematic and taxonomic interest, and should not be missing from any mycologist's library.
