8vo, orig. cloth, neatly rebacked preserving original backstrip, gilt-stamped decoration and title to upper board and spine, slightly rubbed, orig. pink, coated endpapers, marbled edges. Old light stain to lower inner margin of final pages. Very good. Loosely inserted is the printed bookplate of Robert H. Mays, noted British lepidopterist, author, and antiquarian bookseller.
