Prospectus of "Ferdinand Bauer's Natural History Drawings"; taken from the Zoological Specimens collected on the First Circumnavigation of Australia 1801-1803
This prospectus promoted a delux publication of just fifty sets of hand printed lithographs consisting of forty-six plates of Ferdinand Baurer's illustrations of mammals, birds, fishes and reptiles. The animals were collected from the coastline of Australia on Matthew Flinders' epic voyage.
