Limited to 1450 and 1000 copies of each volume respectively. The entire work is hand printed with text set in Times New Roman and printed on Basingwerk Superfine Parchment with forty-six coloured plates printed on Grosvenor Litho paper (or Cambrian Board) . Originally planned in six parts, a first volume was completed in 4 parts, and the entire second volume was issued as a fifth part to complete the work.
