The sixth volume of the Memoirs on Biodiversity series is devoted to the biodiversity of an area of great natural interest in the Mediterranean basin: Greece and Anatolia. After more than 30 years of entomological research on the hypogean fauna of Greece, the authors have condensed part of the results obtained in this monograph, addressing taxonomy and systematics of the Speluncarius and Tapinopterus complex, among the most taxonomically complex and in need of revision within the Pterostichian carabids.
