Small 8vo, orig. dec. red cloth, stamped in black and pink with title in gilt to front board and spine. Vg. Pencil note to endpaper gives the name of a previous owner and states, 'Given me by Viscount Grey, July 1918'. Edward Grey, 1st Viscount Grey of Fallodon, (1862-1933), was a British Liberal statesman and ornithologist. Also with bookplate of Eric Hosking, noted bird photographer and ornithologist.
