Birds of the Spurn Peninsula Pt I by Chislett & Ainsworth was published in 1958, but the work remained unfinished at the time of Chislett's death in 1964. His manuscript notes for Pt II, rediscovered in 1992, are here published for the first time, together with a reprint of Pt I in facsimile form.
