Part I, Separate Works and Papers; Part II, Transactions of Societies, Journals, and Supplement to Part I. First edition. The catalogue provides a comprehensive record of the Library in the latter half of the 19th century. Works forming part of Linnaeus’s own library are designated in the margin.

Condition
2 vols, 8vo, later green library buckram. Withdrawn from the British Museum (Natural History) with ink stamps to title pages and endpapers. Good. Ownership signature of British botanist, John Joseph Bennett (1801-1876); he was assistant to Robert Brown, Keeper of the Banksian herbarium and library at the British Museum from 1827 to 1858, and was later appointed Keeper of the Botanical Department.
