This is the first book of striking, original and unique (by definition) monotype prints by Yorkshire-based Emerson Mayes, a painter and printmaker with a fascination for the natural world. The first of a planned pair of volumes looking at feathered and furred wildlife, Feather is a numbered and signed limited edition of just 400 copies, rich with owls, crows, waders and more. Like the other books in this new series, it measures 150mm square, is printed (in the UK) on high-quality paper from responsible sources. The book covers are textured coloured paper (Terracotta) with silver foil block inlaid type.
