10 vols, 8vo. In orig. d/w's (some light edge-wear; Vols. 1 and 3-10 covered and sealed to boards with self-adhesive film). A good set. Vol. 2 with signed inscription from Sálim Ali to W.W.A. Phillips (1892-1981), a British naturalist who spent much of his life in Ceylon (now Sri Lanka). Obituary of Sálim Ali (1896-1987) pasted to endpaper of Vol. 1.
