Text Chinese with Latin names. This volume briefly summarizes the nine superfamilies of the suborder Polyphaga of the Coleoptera in Zhejiang Province (Coleoptera, Cyperoidea, Marubeidea, Percioidea, Longicornidae, Guogongidea, Flatbeardedia, Coleoptera, and Teneoidea). The main identification characteristics of 588 species in 263 genera of 38 families are briefly introduced, including 30 new records in Zhejiang Province and 2 new records in China. The main literature citations and geographical distribution of various species are listed, and identification keys for taxonomic levels are compiled. The Chinese name index, scientific name index and photos of adults are attached at the end of the article. For species that lack Chinese names or have inappropriate names in China, new names are proposed mainly based on their meanings, and the incorrect names of some species are revised.
