The 'About Britain' guides, were sponsored by The Brewer's Society as their contribution to The Festival of Britain, 1951. Each volume in the series contains, several illustrations in colour, approximately 50 illustrations in b/w, two relief maps and 14 pages of strip maps, and a delightful coloured title page.

13 vols, each 92pp, orig. pictorial boards, unclipped d/w's (a few chips to d/w spines, small tear to one wrapper) in protective sleeves. Owner's signature to pastedown of each volume. A very good set.
