Sm 8vo, (160x120mm), orig. dec. cloth, blind-stamped borders and decorative corners to both boards, gt decorative design to centre of front board ('Fresh-water tortoise'); some wear/short splits to joints. Front hinge cracked but firm. Contemporary ownership stamp to half-title. Occasional light marginal soiling. Good.
