Description:
Being the reminiscences of William Wise "An old Richmond lad". In 1888 a series of articles on Richmond appeared in the Richmond and Ripon Chronicle written by William Wise under the pen-name of "An old Richmond lad". This was his account of what he remembered of Richmond as a boy in the 1820s and 1830s. This book presents an edited account of his writings with some additional notes.
