Description:

Adapted from the German of Dr. P. Ebenhoech. Attractive chromolithographic plates. Scarce. The Preface states, 'Apart from actual dissections and practical work, the best method of acquiring a knowledge of the fundamental facts of Anatomy is furnished by coloured and somewhat diagrammatic plates. No Elementary Atlas, so far as the writer is aware, shows so clearly the Structure of the Human Body as the one by Dr. P. Ebenhoech …. as the plates can be used with any book dealing with Human Anatomy and Physiology, it has not been thought necessary to furnish a special text'.
