Condition

Nicely rebound in recent half leather, raised bands to spine, marbled boards. Some browning, spotting and staining to pages throughout, particularly to last few leaves. A few corners and margins restored (no loss to text). Some old ink annotations to title-page and occasionally elsewhere. This copy has the two-page 'Index of all the chapters...', but lacks the final two leaves ('A physical index containing plentiful remedies for all diseases incident to the body of man, drawn from the several creatures contained in this second volume' (which is supplied in photocopy, loosely inserted).
