The tenth and last volume of this series "Acarorum Catalogus" is devoted to the Superfamilies Labidostommatoidea (Labidostommatidae), Eupodoidea (Eupodidae, Dendrochaetidae, Rhagidiidae, Eriorhynchidae, Pentapalpidae, Penthalodidae, Penthaleidae, Strandtmanniidae), Tydeoidea (Ereynetidae), Paratydeoidea (Paratydeidae), Anystoidea (Anystidae, Erythracaridae,Teneriffiidae, Pseudocheylidae, Stigmocheylidae), Caeculoidea (Caeculidae), Adamystoidea (Adamystidae), and Pomerantzioidea (Pomerantziidae). About 230 genera and 967 species of mites are listed therein, with synonymies and citations in various papers. The book also contains a list of by-country distributions, type localities, hosts of the parasitic species and lists of authors who published on any known species of these families. Follows a supplement to the former nine volumes. The entire series contains data on 102 families, 1222 genera, and 8815 species of mites.
