8vo, orig. green cloth, joints lightly rubbed, some wear to head/foot of spine and corners. Both hinges cracked, but firm; front endpaper separating at lower gutter. Bookseller's small ticket to top edge of front pastedown. Large blank section torn from upper part of half-title (probably to remove a previous owner's name). Tissue guard to frontis browned. One page with dogeared corner and 6cm closed tear (without loss). Good.
