Part 6 only (the final part) of a short-lived magazine on British natural history from the publishers of the New Naturalist series. It aimed to bridge the gap between the scientist and the field naturalist. Only six parts were published, the first 4 nos were combined in the form of an annual publication, bound in cloth, which is relatively common, while Nos 5 + 6 were issued separately in card covers and are quite rare.
